If you’re driving from the East Bay/SF, Templeton is about 3.5 hours South.
The closest airport is SLO County Airport, about 40 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This airport is small and doesn't have a ton of flights, but is a good option if you don't want to rent a car. The closest major airports are San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose (all within a 3.5 hour drive). San Jose is the closest of the three. You can also fly into Los Angeles and drive to Paso Robles, which also takes about 3.5 hours.
